Two Invoices. One Building.

TradePlane's billing follows the life of the building. The builder pays while the job runs. The owner pays after handover, when the building's upkeep starts. We quote each job directly instead of posting a list price.

Who pays: the builder

While the Job Runs

The contractor running the job pays a monthly subscription for as long as the job is going. One plan for trade contractors, one for general contractors and construction managers.

Who pays: the owner

After Handover

Once the job wraps and the drawings change hands, the owner pays per square foot per year. That's how facilities and maintenance budgets are already built, so it fits a line you already have.

What we'll never charge for.

Never Per Inspection

We won't charge you more for being thorough. In a safety product, that would be backwards.

Never Per Seat for Owners

Owner pricing is per square foot per year, not per person who logs in.

A Number for Your Job

Every building and every job is different. Book a call and we'll give you a price that fits yours.

Common questions.

Why don't you list prices?

Every building and every job is different, and a list price rarely fits either. We'd rather give you a real number for your job than a sticker that doesn't match it. Book a call and we'll quote it.

Our own team runs our renovations. Who pays during construction?

Talk to us. When an owner's own staff run the job and do the scanning, we set it up differently.

Do you charge per user?

No. Not on either side. Field users are unlimited on every contractor plan, and owner pricing is per square foot per year, never per person who logs in.
